Servings: 12
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups lemon juice fresh squeezed, from about 9 lemons
- 1 3/4 cups sugar
- 8 cups coconut water
- 4 cups water
- 1/2 Simple Syrup Lavender Recipe
Lavender Simple Syrup Recipe:
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 water
- 3 tbsp dried lavender
- drops of violet food coloring (optional)
Instructions
- Place lemon juice, sugar, coconut water, and water into a pitcher and shake or stir vigorously until all the sugar is dissolved. Directions suggest we shake because it aerates the lemonade and makes a nice head on top.
- Pour 1/2 of the lavender syrup into the pitcher and stir. You can add more or less lavender syrup to your personal taste. Start with 1/2 of the lavender syrup recipe and add more or less to taste.
Notes
If you’re of legal drinking age and looking to turn this drink into a drank, coconut rum or vodka would be the way to go.
